Only to 27th January 2017 may be submitted attentions to The Minister of Energy about draft regulations on local biomass of the total burned biomass in RES instalation. Project is consult with 48 institutions.
Actual draft of regulations is posted on the Public Information Bulletin of Minister of Energy page and government Legislation Centre. It contains informations about: technical and technological parameters of electricity production; heat in the RES instalations; methods of measuring electricity amount; demands in measurement and registration; minimum participation of local biomass in total mass of biomass burned in instalations RES.
Project is in phase of public consultations – all attentions can be submitted until 27th January 2017.
